If you aren’t familiar with vision boards they are a visual layout of your goals and desires.   Vision boards are tools to remind you on a daily basis the direction you would like your life to take.  It can be a cork board with images pinned to it, a dry erase or chalk board where you can write down your desires and affirmations or it could be as simple as a notebook you keep your goals in.

A vision board can be a great tool to help align your emotions around a set of goals you would like to manifest.  I have used mine to write down my affirmations as well as keep a set of ideas visually available to me.  The issue with a vision board at home is you are usually dealing with the most stress and doubt while at work, traffic and in the outside world.  When you are home you have more control over what effects you.  When you are at work, in traffic, or on the street you are tested the most to see if you can keep a positive outlook on the direction of your life.

This is where I came up with the idea of using a mobile vision board.  There are many mobile apps that offer you affirmations, mantras, and goal reminders.  What I wanted was a way to see my vision board every time I used my phone, which to the dismay of my friends is much too often (new goal not to look at phone so much).  What I decided to do was using the concept of a photo collage we all see on Instagram and Facebook and piece in different images that represent my desires.

This collaged image can then be made the wallpaper on your phone.  I use one of my lock screen and one for my main wallpaper.  Every time I check my phone for an update I get a visual representation of where I want my life to be.  I see my passions and desires multiple times a day now.  Over time this constant reminder pushes your mood into that good feeling place of optimism we all need in this stressful world.

There are many apps you can use to make the collages.  I like Pic Stitch to create the collages and FitWallp to make it the perfect size for the phone’s wallpaper if you want to do it all on your phone.  Collage Factory on the Mac is a great app as well to create the boards on your computer.  You can play around with a few apps to get your mobile vision boards started.  Below are a few generic examples to inspire you.  Feel free to be specific and unique on your personal boards.

Where am I to Where I want to be Exercise

This exercise is from my upcoming book “Falling in Love with Your True Self – Using self love to have healthier relationships, attract more abundance and finding your divine purpose”.  This exercise can be used when you have set a goal but are unsure where you stand in relation to that goal.  This gives you a starting or continuing point to achieve your desire.

Where am I to Where I want to be Exercise

On a blank sheet of paper make two columns.  The first one will be what you do want and the second column will be why this step is necessary for your goals completion.  This is sort of a pro and cons look at a thought to deconstruct it’s purpose.  Lets make this desire/thought something smaller so that you can see a solution without too much effort.

As an example I will use the desire of wanting to be able to cook a soufflé perfectly.  A soufflé is a good example as it is possible by anybody, it’s something that I think most people like to eat and its a nice accomplishment when done properly.  I say perfectly because if any of you have attempted a soufflé you know its either done perfectly or it is not enjoyable.

To start make side by side columns the first being your desire and the second being what feeling that desire brings you.

I want to cook a soufflé perfectly Cooking a soufflé brings me happiness

Next under your desire column let’s list some thoughts of how you think you would achieve this desire.

I need to get a cookbook on making soufflés 
I need to get ingredients to make a soufflé 
I need to practice making a soufflé 
If my soufflé didn’t work out try a different receipe
Keep making soufflés till they are perfect

After that let’s add some thoughts next to each to map out a plan of why you need to do any of those things.

I want to cook a soufflé perfectly  Cooking a soufflé brings me happiness
I need to get a cookbook on making soufflés  The cookbook will show me a step by step seeing I have never made a soufflé 
I need to get ingredients to make a soufflé  Without the ingredients I would not have anything to make the soufflé 
I need to practice making a soufflé  Practicing making them will help me get better at perfecting them
If my soufflé didn’t work out try a different receipe A different approach might be easier for me
Keep making soufflés till they are perfect If I keep making them eventually I will perfect them

Keep this chart and if you have achieved any of these things you can cross them out.  You can use this exercise as a vision board for a specific desire.  The point of the exercise is to show you a plan of how to achieve a desire.  If you waited all day for the soufflé to be done but didn’t even look up the recipe how could you be depressed you can’t make a perfect soufflé?  Listing out why you need to do each of the steps allows you to see a clearer path for how you will get to your goal.  You can use this exercise with anything in your life be it love, career or money.

If you cross out things you have done to get there or even just writing it all out will show you where you are to where you want to be in your life.  Knowing where you stand allows you the ability to gain momentum towards a desired outcome.  Once you have the feelings behind a desire written down you can more easily experience the feeling of that desire to complete its manifestation.  Feeling how it is to experience a desire is a much stronger feeling than feeling you don’t have that desire or can’t achieve it.

Try this exercise with a few of the things in your life you feel you don’t have and see how you feel if you hold the idea of it happening vs the idea of it not being possible.

Rapid Manifestation

There are those desires we have be it for more money, a relationship, a career milestone.  These long term desires can be asked for by your desire and thought alone.  They then await their completion when you have done the work to believe them to be true, feel them as if they are here now and for when you are ready to allow them to happen.

There are then those desires that happen at a rapid pace.  That perfect day where everything seems to go right or where you head out and things happen the way you intended.  This is the concept of rapid manifestation.  These are desires that cycle from a thought/desire state to a realization in a manner of hours, minutes even seconds.

You seem to be at the right place at the right time.  Everything falls into place and what you planned for your day unfolds exactly the way you wanted it to.  This happens when you are fully connected your true self, which is certain and without doubt.

Have you noticed when this happens how great you feel, what an amazing time it was and how looking back on it the memories are vivid and fulfilling?  That is because you feeling a passion or a desire and trusting it completely causes it to manifest just as quickly.

Say you go a trip and want to see certain sites and be with certain people and it happens exactly as you wanted.  You go out on this trip and you are 100% sure these are the activities you want to complete and you go into them knowing they will happen and because you are so certain of them you enjoy them without worry or doubt.  It can be as simple as going to the beach and knowing you want to swim in the ocean.  You don’t doubt you can go at 1pm to the beach and be in the ocean within a few minutes of laying your towel out.  That certainty and that desire and you acting on your desire is you fully connected to your true self.

Doubt and worry if the weather will be good, will the water be warm, will I find parking would deter  you from having that perfect day at the beach.  Imagine using that same certainty for your bigger desires believing they can happen as easily as you walking from your towel to the water to swim?  Approach that desire with the certainty that it is possible just the same as a smaller desire.  When you get to that point you will see the rapid manifestation of desires being completed as fast as you can create them as thoughts.

Passion is the fuel for the desire and certainty is the vehicle to take you to the destination which is the manifestation point.  If your desire is strong enough for action the method appears.  Only when you are ready to allow the completion of your desire does the method of action become available.

The universe provides the means for it to happen and your action is the process of you responding to your desires with the intention of completion.

Focus Wheel

I love using the focus wheel to change my point of attraction and start manefesting what I am desiring.

It is good to meditate and clear your mind fully before doing this focus wheel.  Remember to only write positive statements in each box to get to where you want to be.  For example I can write in box #1 “I don’t want to be alone”. Then write in box #2 “I want a healthy loving relationship”.

Knowing that’s what I don’t want and knowing what I do want, along the trail lets write down what I do want: “I want to love myself more to love another person”, “I do have good relationships”, “I am worthy of a healthy relationship” …

Don’t take a break and focus on each while in a meditative state.  You will notice by the time you finish you can write in how you feel now has vibrationally changed since you filled out box #1.  You can then go about your day remembering the trail and putting that energy out which then changes your point of attraction.
